24 hour cancellation policy for appointments

Your appointments are very important to The HairdressSIR and are very sought after. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while they understand that sometimes alterations are necessary, they respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, meaning other clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. The HairdressSir will confirm your appointment with you 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked many months ago.
